General Practice Network NT (GPNNT) leads and coordinates a Territory-wide Primary Health Care network with the objective of improving health service delivery and health outcomes in the Northern Territory.

We aim to:

• maintain and build capacity to respond and deliver quality, equitable and effective primary health care services
• broker health solutions
• support primary health care providers
• influence the health care agenda.  

GPNNT delivers a range of programs and services in support of these aims including:

• Chronic Disease
• Mental Health
• Workforce (recruitment and retention)
• Practice Support
• GP and Primary Health Care Provider Services
• eHealth support

We will work towards our vision of ‘Excellence in Primary Health Care’ for the Northern Territory.
