About GPNNT

General Practice Network NT  ‘Excellence in primary health care

General Practice Network NT is a new organisation that has been established to lead a united and cohesive primary health care network to improve health service delivery and health outcomes in the Northern Territory.

Formed in July 2008, the organisation has brought together the Central Australian Division of Primary Health Care (CADPHC), the Top End Division of General Practice (TEDGP) and General Practice and Primary Health Care NT (GPPHCNT).

We aim to ensure that the combined strengths of the former three organisations that comprised the NT Divisions Network and Remote Workforce programs are incorporated and built upon to form a single united organisation with the capacity to respond and deliver quality, equitable and effective primary health care services; broker health solutions; support primary health care and influence the health care agenda.

Over the next three years, General Practice Network NT will work towards our vision for the future of primary Health Care in the Northern Territory.
